ACT Stageplay 2019 #JamesAndTheGiantPeach

On February 22, 2019 The ACT students showcase their talents through stage play which is played by the preschool and grade school with the special participation of junior high. The stage play was entitled James and the Giant Peach. Before the event started, the participants were asked to go to SM Seaside early for blocking and afterwards prepare for the show.
                             
The story of James and the Giant Peach was, after the tragedy of his parents, he was forced to live with his two aunts. They treated James badly and poorly as if he is not their niece.But one day he encountered Mary Poppins who told him about true happiness and did something that make the tree bigger. When he woke up he saw the peach, he noticed that the peach was bigger than the tree. When his aunts saw it, they decided to make a living out of it. Afterwards he explored and entered the peach to see 5 insects that will help him. Then he went to New York City, the peach rolled down the hill and both killed his aunts. James encountered Moana which helped him finding his way to New York. Then he encountered Poppy who also helped him in finding directions through the city. After, he met Annie that helped him go back to his home. James and his friends went back to home and that's the end of the story.

After the stageplay, we enjoyed and treasured the rest of the night with our friends and family. As they say Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.

Act Campus Clean Up Drive 2019 #Clean&Green

On January 25,2019 we had our Clean Up Drive in ACT Campus. The event we had was meaningful not only for the campus and students but also to our school staff. The act of helping and cleaning the environment can make people happy especially Mother Nature. All of the students in ACT helped in cleaning with their assigned areas. As soon as we knew the area we were assigned we directly go to the are which is the canteen. As we observed, the school canteen tables were not cleaned and their dusty. The leaves were scattered near the garden and some of the leftovers of the students were not thrown properly. Upon seeing the canteen we did our best to clean it and make it good enough to look like a new and improved canteen.  After we cleaned the canteen, we rest a little bit and we cleaned our classroom. Historical Places at its Finest

As Helen Keller said " Life is either a daring adventure or nothing at all. " Just like exploring other places, why not we explore the historical places around us. Here in Poblacion, Talisay City, Cebu the Landing Memorial is located with the statues of the 8th US General. This heritage serves as the memory of the liberation forces of General MacArthur that happened during the the 26th of March 1945 World War II. This place will help you relax and do fun things with your family and friends. The nostalgia itself will give you the feels that this place is historical and should be given importance. As me and my friends explored this place, we saw a lot of people visiting  and enjoying the beautiful scenery. Because of my curiosity about historical places here in Cebu, I was not contented just by visiting the Landing Memorial. Family Day 2019 #FamilyUnitedInLove

On January 27, 2019 we had our Family Day. It is a yearly and special event in our school campus, because it is where our families and friends gather and bond together. Before the event started the officers of grade 7 were asked to come early and help decorate our booth. I came early to help and to have fun as well before our Family Day. After we decorated our booth we decided to have a practice for 2-3 rounds and after that have lunch. After we practiced my friends and I decided to eat lunch at Mcdonalds and be back after we eat. As soon as we finished eating we directly go to ACT to have our registration. The event started with a mass followed by our principal's speech. After that each level from the grade school department to the junior high, presented their dance for the event.
